INTRODUCTORY COURSES

Orientation 

In this course, you will learn about our Accelerate Program & our company. We will also cover setting up social media, discover safety resources, etc.

Business Planning 

Find out what it takes to be the CEO of your own business. This course will educate you on various income opportunities, prepare you for upcoming expenses and guide you through setting your production goals while educating you on the activities that it will take to reach them. You will also discover and highlight your “WHY” by creating a vision board so that you have a reminder of why your goals are so important to you.

Intro to Bright MLS 

Learn the ins and outs of using Bright, how to conduct property searches in the MLS and how to setup saved searches for your buyer.

Generating Leads and Clients Part 1 

Prospecting is the foundation of a successful real estate career. Learn how to leverage your core social groups and make new connections to build a pipeline of prospective clients and referrals. In addition to building a sphere of influence, you will also learn strategies for For Sale By Owners, Expireds, Circle Prospecting and more.

Listing Forms 

Learn how to complete listing forms efficiently and understand them so that you can fluently present them to your prospective sellers.

Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) 

Learn how to determine the type of market, how to pull comparables, and utilize Cloud CMA to deliver a robust Comparative Market Analysis.

Basic CMA Workshop 

Secure The Listing 

Learn how to get the information you need to ensure that selling is in your clients best interest as well as prepare for and conduct the homeselling proposal and listing appointment.

Create Your Listing Presentation 

Learn how to prepare and deliver a dynamic Home Selling Proposal.

Initial Buyer Consult 

Learn about the home finding process, how to assess your buyers' needs, set expectations and complete the appropriate forms.

Understanding the Sales Contract 

Learn how to complete the Agreement, understand it and be able to paraphrase it so that you are reviewing it with your client professionally.

Financing 

One of our expert Homesale Loan Officers will walk you through the financial aspects of the home finding process. You will learn how you and the loan officer work as a team to get your buyer smoothly to settlement, how to use qualifying ratios, how credit scores come into play, the various loan programs and much more.

 

CORE COURSES

Showings 

Learn how to schedule showings, utilize lockboxes and show a property. Walk away with knowledge of what to look for, what to take with you and how to read your buyers' body language. This session will also cover how to provide feedback, access feedback on your listings and stay safe during the process.

Open Houses 

Learn how to effectively market and prepare for your open house, conduct it professionally and follow-up with the prospective buyers that you meet.

Generating Leads & Clients Part 2 

Cloze CRM 

Learn how to use our CRM to effectively manage your clients and prospective clients.

Listing Contract Workshop 

Use seller case studies to build your contract writing skills.

Dotloop - Listing Forms 

Dotloop is a collaboration system that gives our agents the ability to complete forms electronically, obtain e-signatures from clients, share with service providers and submit paperwork to the back office from any location. Learn how to use dotloop to complete your listing paperwork and get it signed.

Inputting Your Listings 

Learn how to input your listing into the MLS & follow MLS Rules/Regulations. We also cover how to submit your signed paperwork back to the office.

Marketing Your Listings 

Learn about marketing your listings, handling leads, keeping your seller informed and handling price reductions.

Listing - Offer to Close 

This session will teach you how to handle an incoming offers (including multiple offer scenarios). You will learn how to navigate required paperwork, inspections, appraisals, settlement, requesting reviews and staying in touch after closing.

Additional Sales Forms 

We will review the required documents checklist for a sale and learn how to complete those forms. We will also review commonly used addendums and discuss when and how they may be used.

Contracts Workshop 

Now that you understand how to complete the Agreement, this Contracts Workshop will increase your knowledge level. You will be given a case study containing a buyer profile and an active listing to use to write an offer for your client.

Buyer Cost Sheets 

Learn how to calculate and complete buyer cost sheets for your clients.

Buyer - Offers 

Learn how to educate your buyer on what a good offer is, how to handle competing offers and how to communicate back and forth using the appropriate documents with the Listing Agent.

Buyer - Contract to Close 

Learn how to deliver the escrow check, handle the mortgage application & loan commitment, navigate home inspections process and get your clients smoothly to settlement.

 

ADVANCED COURSES

Your Online Presence 

Your presence on social media and real estate sites are important when consumers are searching for an agent. In this class, you will search yourself and visit the recommended sites to make sure you are presented in all platforms and with complete profiles. We will help you to improve your first impression by teaching you how to enhance your bios, add links to your agent website and request reviews.

Advanced Bright MLS Workshop 

Understanding Your Clients 

Learn how to use the DISC test to analyze your clients and communicate with them effectively. This will guide on you on how to adapt when you are working with other personalities so that you can broaden your client base rather than only working with similar personalities.

Converting Internet Leads 

Walk away with strategies to convert more internet leads. Learn how to respond effectively with the latest apps/tools, improve your scripts and automate incubation.

Social Media 

Learn how to setup your social media accounts professionally and ensure compliance, how to leverage content already created and how to use our Homesale Social Media Connector to automate postings.

Embracing Video 

Video is becoming more and more prevalent in the real estate industry. Top agents are using it to convert internet leads, better connect while prospecting and using it for their marketing. Learn how they are making it effective and what apps to use to set you apart.

Advanced CMA Workshop 

In this session, you will be broken out into teams and given the same prospective property. As a team, research the market area and comps. Then create a CMA and present your pricing strategy to the other groups.

Advanced Contract Workshop 

Hone your contract writing and presentation skills by navigating various buyer situations. You are given a buyer profile and must write the best possible offer using tools, services, addendums, and financing products.

Dynamic Offer Presentation 

This session will empower you to practice and improve your dialogues so that you can confidently guide your buyer through the Agreement and educate them on making a good offer.

Competing Offers Workshop 

Attendees will act as the Buyer Agents and use various buyer case studies to prepare an offer for an active listing. The offers will be given to a Listing Agent who will then present to their seller in front of the group. Once all offers have been presented, the seller will choose which offer he/she accepts and explains why. As a group, you will brainstorm discuss strategies that you could have used to make a stronger offer or better appeal to that seller.
