Brian Buffini's, The Pathway to Mastery® is a comprehensive, in depth training program that consists of two courses: Essentials and Advanced. Both 8-module courses run two hours per session and once a week for 8 weeks. These activity-based lessons are designed to help both new and veteran agents increase sales production.

The Pathway to Mastery® - Essentials is the first course in the program and offers a deep-dive into lead generation, working with buyers and sellers, the seven essentials of negotiation and building a world-class business plan.

Pathway to Mastery Advanced
The Pathway to Mastery® - Advanced, the second course in this program, lays out your complete real estate career path. You will attend a showing and go on a listing appointment with Brian, get a step-by-step buyer guide, learn how to handle the Top 5 Buyer/Seller Objections, learn the 7 Powerful Pricing Principles, and become a financial wizard.
