Our ACCELERATESM Program will take your real estate career to the next level. This hybrid of online and in-person learning consists of Training Modules, Hands-on Workshops and One-on-One Coaching/Mentoring. You’ll begin with our 3 online, self-paced Training Tracks: Business Essentials, Listing Series, Buyer Series. Our In-Person Workshops will then put what you've learned into practice, improving your skills and honing your dialogues. Throughout the Program, your ACCELERATESM Coach will provide you with custom, one-on-one mentorship — motivating you to build your pipeline, preparing you for client consultations, guiding you through every step of your transactions, and giving you strategies to turn your knowledge into action. ACCELERATESM grads are twice as productive as the typical new agent, so you’ll have a lot to celebrate!

Our Level Up Coaching program is designed to meet you where you are & help you get to where you want to be! This program is for Homesale agents who want to take their business to the next level! It focuses on increasing productivity through skill-building, accountability, & the utilization of our Homesale Realty offerings.

Buffini Pathway to Mastery |
Brian Buffini's, The Pathway to Mastery® is a comprehensive, in depth training program that consists of two courses: Essentials and Advanced. Both 8-module courses run two hours per session and once a week for 8 weeks. These activity-based lessons are designed to help both new and veteran agents increase sales production.

This is Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices exclusive group coaching program that we are able to offer to you through our membership in the network. Elevate your business by joining other like-minded professionals to focus on skill building, accountability, and leveraging the Forever Agent Marketing System!
Program Qualifications:
- Attended the "Forever Agent Movement and Pledge Event" with Allan Dalton
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years of real estate experience
- Closed 5-10 transactions in the past calendar year
- Coachable, eager to engage, willing to commit to attendance and completing assignments
