These easy daily and weekly habits will create the foundation of how you interact with those that know you, like you, and trust you.

DAY 3: Working with Sellers
Understanding your client’s personality and motivations helps to create smoother transactions and happier customers. Through a 16-step listing consultation, you can uncover how your customer makes decisions, making you a proactive, trusted advisor.

DAY 4: Working with Buyers
Just like sellers, buyers have personalities and motivations too. We dive deep into the 10-step buyer process where you learn through process of elimination what buyers are really looking for while showing them how not to miss out on buying opportunities.
