"Coaching with Dolly has changed the trajectory of my business. Something I have known since day one in the business is that the agents who have been in the business and have been successful know what they are doing and if you listen to what they say to do, you will (not can), be successful. The key is doing those things. I attended the first Ninja training as well as the Buffini training. I know how to do "all the things", I understood what the senior agents were telling me to do to be successful. However, I still was not where I wanted to be in the business. I was in a mental slump.
