Meet Troy Engle

Troy brings a strong and unique combination of experience to this role. He is a licensed REALTOR^® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty. Through his real estate career, he has gained experience working with buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, listing clients, and investment properties.

Before real estate, Troy served in the PA Army National Guard, is an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, spent 15 years as a police officer in Lancaster County​, and served as a School Resource Officer, where staff and children often saw him as a neutral third party they could trust and confide in.​

Those experiences required discipline, trust-building, problem-solving under pressure, communication, and the ability to stay calm and objective in difficult situations​ - all qualities that translate well into coaching agents through the real challenges of building and sustaining a real estate business.

What makes Troy a strong Coach is not just his real estate knowledge, but the full range of experience he brings: service, accountability, practical field experience, and a calm, approachable presence.
