Bringing Smiles to the Ones Who Need It the Most

Get ready for an evening of food, fun and spirited bidding at the Annual Sunshine Kids Charity Auction sponsored by the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty offices in Lancaster on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 from 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM EST.

This year's benefit auction is being held at The Cork Factory located at 480 Holland Avenue #3000 in Lancaster.  Every dollar in proceeds from this event will be given to The Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization that provides activities for kids being treated for cancer. 

The children who take part in the activities are selected by the medical staff of the participating hospital for each activity. In addition to paying for all expenses, the Sunshine Kids Foundation provides a staff of doctors and nurses who monitor the medical condition of each child during the event. 

The Sunshine Kids operates solely from the support of private and corporate donations.  Many of our sales team members support the Sunshine Kids through the BHHS Homesale Realty Agent Donation Program donating a portion of their commissions from each transaction.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty raised ovef $85,000 for Sunshine Kids in 2015, providing kids with cancer in our local area opportunities to have play dates, fun outings and vacations with other children being treated for cancer.  We are hoping to exceed last year's donation and we would love your support! 

The Sunshine Kids Charity Auction includes both silent and live auctions, entertainment, food and a 2-hour open bar. Tickets are available online starting at $55 per person.
