Take Our Real Estate Agent Quiz

Your study skills will come in handy as you learn the ropes in real estate, but you won't need to hit the books before taking this quiz. Our real estate career quiz is based on the Core Capacities Index and is designed to help you decide whether a real estate career is the right fit for you. Core Capacities are the important, underlying skills that help us succeed in our careers.

Obtaining Your Real Estate License in Pennsylvania and Maryland

So you've connected with us, taken the quiz and decided that becoming a real estate agent is the right move for you. Now it's time to take the licensing exam and obtain your real estate license in Pennsylvania or Maryland.

  • This exam will certainly require some studying, but you don't have to do it alone. The Real Estate Education Center does excellent work in both Pennsylvania and Maryland.
  • Each state has its own requirements for licensing. A Maryland real estate license requires one 64-hour educational course, while a Pennsylvania real estate license requires two separate 30-hour courses.
  • In addition to helping you prepare for the test, these training courses are valuable opportunities to learn the fundamentals needed to become a real estate agent.
