Obtaining Your Real Estate License in Pennsylvania and Maryland 

So you've connected with us, taken the quiz and decided that becoming a real estate agent is the right move for you. Now it's time to take the licensing exam and obtain your real estate license in Pennsylvania or Maryland.

• This exam will certainly require some studying, but you don't have to do it alone. The Real Estate Education Center does excellent work in both Pennsylvania and Maryland.
• Each state has its own requirements for licensing. A Maryland real estate license requires one 64-hour educational course, while a Pennsylvania real estate license requires two separate 30-hour courses.
