Prep for Time Off - Homesale Realty Career Development

Even when you love your job, nobody minds a little time off. Unfortunately, many people forgo vacation every year. Often, this is a sign of perfectionism; he idea things "won't go right" without them. In some workplaces, though, vacation is actively discouraged and may even lead to reprisals.
